Interesting perspective... can't disagree...

Given the the two figures mentioned above, I don't see a scenario where a company would need to give us cash. Given the shelf and/or approval, I don't see a scenario where Anavex NEEDS a partners cash.

So is there a partner out there with significant IP or other non dollar denominated tender that would be a worthy partner for Anavex?

I’m not looking at it from Anavex’s position. I don’t believe they need cash either as we have many resources.

I’m looking at it from Esai’s position. If I’m Esai and I know what Anavex potentially has now and in the future, I want to lock up this relationship as soon as possible. I know Missling knows what he has and won’t partner for cheap. So I’ll offer a few different if/then scenarios. And we both benefit.
