Ah, the obligatory name dropping of AAPL, IBM, MSFT, and Amazon as though this company is somehow analogous to them. LOL
Those companies were successful private companies before they went public to gain capital and grow. This company and CEO dived right into stinky pinky land to sell stock and hadn't made a plug nickel selling anything. Rory gave himself, what, 25+M shares for his "media company" that hadn't sold anything, then floundered through his American Idol days, "discovered" video tags (even though those interactive videos preceded him on YouTube) and floundered around with that for a couple years before he conned the Sound Concepts guys to try and sell his software. Think those companies did that?
