There are a lot of resources going into BMG production by many companies. We are just beginning commercialization of this material. As always, the question is what does this mean for LiquidMetal investors? It's a penny stock but there are many plusses. We have an excellent patent portfolio with some thanks to Apple and joint research activities with them. We are also ahead of the game on production technologies thanks to our partners. It's still a high risk game, but as I mentioned, I'll be buying more next week or so hoping to buy at the peak of negative sentiment. This will be my last purchase. Maybe.

I think the new CEO is legit. With his significant stake in the company and successful track record, I still have trust he'll make it successful. As he mentioned, he is not one to showboat, but I wish he was one to keep investors informed on a regular basis. He doesn't seem to be worried about the share price and his declining investment, so I am not going to worry about it. I always tried to keep my purchases to a number that I thought I could lose without sending me to the poor farm. GLTA

Apple is a non issue nowadays, well since 2017, last Apple play on this stock may have been the iPhone X...

Pump and dump days are behind us, the wells run dry.

You know who usually wins in a legal fight? The "guy" with the most money.

aside from the mta/pla/tta being dead and irrelevant to the pla the above is not always the case.
component supply is the priority when apple is losing market share.
lugee is the gatekeeper for bmg volume manufacturing/machines/raw material.
apple wont confront lugee/chinese government.

regarding mta fine print its ultimately the current situation/environment/market conditions that dictates company actions for example apple decided to settle the patent/royalty disputes with qcom to secure parts supply for iphone 5g modems.

apple conceded despite several courts preliminary rulings in favour of apple and its suppliers against qcom and several governing bodies continuing antitrust hearings against qcom monopoly/extortionist pricing of vital/frand patents.
