Once the SEC suspends a stock for severely delinquent Financials in 100% of all instances the Admin Law Judges (A.L.J.) revoke that company's stock registration(s).

So, the stock will be able to trader on the Grey Market after the Suspension expires at midnight on August 12th but whenever the A.L.J. revokes Greenfield Farms Food Inc.'s stock registration(s) the stock would no longer trade on any U.S. market.
