Point is, r/s will NEVER happen though the company has the right to make it possible anytime to deter hostile takeovers...MYDX is a HUGE competition in the medical device/e-nose tech field. The competition does not like MYDX. They can not legally do what MYDX has already accomplished.

I find nothing funny about a RS... especially in stinky pinky land where MYDX has been for YEARS...

A RS screws all the retain investors...(doesn't hurt Yazie with his BILLIONS or his buddies with MULTI MILLIONS that were GIVEN to them.. COST = ZERO)

Because a RS hasn't happened YET..
