Is he talking about note holders? They seem to be the ones getting a fair return on their investment. Shareholders should have been getting a return on their investments through incremental increases in the pps over the last two years, they got squat. JMHO GLTA

A 'just return' doesn't necessarily mean a fixed figure like people are suggesting or depending on when they bought in. Could verily mean a buyout ....IMO translates to a 'just return.'
