The trial was rescheduled because GDSI's Original Complaint was tossed without Prejudice.

Then GDSI requested an Extension of Time to file an Amended Complaint.

Can't put that on Rontan.

My opinion about Boise Shiller is that with $5mil. payment to defend a company that does not have a dollar on they name is a expensive ambulance chaser. what they have to lose if they lose the case? nothing. If they had a real case they would take the case on contingency 33% from $ 150 mil. is a lot more than $ 5 mil. And lets assume they win the case, try collecting from bankrupt company in Brazil,good luck.
