My opinion about Boise Shiller is that with $5mil. payment to defend a company that does not have a dollar on they name is a expensive ambulance chaser. what they have to lose if they lose the case? nothing. If they had a real case they would take the case on contingency 33% from $ 150 mil. is a lot more than $ 5 mil. And lets assume they win the case, try collecting from bankrupt company in Brazil,good luck.
