'400 miles of gathering infrastructure' ?? Do you think this is pipeline? is this what will unlock the profit potential of the Clabaugh Ranch being that it is close distance-wise to the 5000 wells just purchased? Now is it practical and profitable to turn on the wells at Clabaugh to feed into this pipeline for ease to market/distribution channels? How many wells are to be turned on at the Clabaugh property? Investment banker shouldn't be difficult to work with if number of wells can be somewhat predictably gauged for monthly output. it'll be a win-win if everybody involved is making profit. Good time to get this underway as energy prices are usually highest in Fall and Winter months.
