IMO if real, this should be done by Labor Day, but the real issue is going to be
with an Investment Banker involved how will it go down?
I still see at least 4 viable paths this can take - 2 good 1 fair and 1 bad IMO

Now we wait for the clock to run down and close a deal IMO
