I noticed that one of Chiang's shells is at the top of the breakout board this morning. That has a 30m float and IF the merge is confirmed will warm investors to buy TBSS. That stock went to .08 on a rumor back in Feb. TBSS SS was updated on Friday and the float is 60m (relatively small). The TBSS website was also updated so it appears that a Co has been selected to merge into this shell as well. It looks like August will be a rewarding month for Chiang and the investors who follow him.

Agreed. The custodianship statute is written pretty much in plain English in the NRS. Hijacking is when they create a new entity, with the same exact name as the abandoned shell, and purport it to be one and the same with misleading PRs and tweets—Not the same thing.
