Considering Richard Chaing obtained the TBSS shell LEGALLY from the courts in the State of Nevada it really can not be considered Hijacked. What is truly a crime is the abandonment of the shell by the former owners leaving the shareholders high and dry and there investment basically worthless due to there negligence and mismanagement.

Richard Chaing should be considered a hero for bringing this shell back to life and giving the former shareholders a chance to possible recoup some of there lost investment in the former entity.
