My sister is on the front line of stem cell research and development. There is absolutely no question whether or not stem cell is the next boom in medicine. It is and I could tell you 100 reasons why. The question is, can we develop and create the technology needed quick enough for us “stem cell investors” to benefit from.

Great post Janet! Not one person can answer these questions logically and this is why as with many others here I truly believe laho and gscg will follow thru with stated intentions!

Why would Global Stem Cells Group involve themselves into a pump and dump scam? Why would they sacrifice their public reputation over a million or 2 million dollars in a share selling scam?

Legitimate large profitable respected companies if anything steer clear of involvement with scams imo.

Wow thanks for the credit and mention. Used it in a fashion to get a whole lot more attention than I did with that post. Funny part is I've been quiet here recent and just loading as they bash it and dump. It was clear after the due diligence period passed and there was no words from LAHO. This means the deal is proceeding as planned. GSCG would be total fools to back out of this deal and take that penalty along with being involved in a scam pump and dump scheme to gather maybe a million dollars at most and share it with the LAHO insiders. People should just use their heads here and understand the repercussions for a young successful and highlt scalable company like GSCG to be involved in a scam.

This was GSCG's mosy efficient way to go public.

I just started following this, but I'm going to go out on a limb and call it a reverse merger. Still contains the word Merger. "Stem Cells" will become the public face of the company, and will have to clean up the mess. ;-)

Could still be a scam, IMHO. A lot of named technologies turn out that way. Sounds great on paper, but is it (can it be) profitable? I still have a lot of DD to do, and this site usually complicates that for me. Playing videos while I'm trying to work, pop-ups, etc.
