100Koz/yr = 274oz/day = 293 tonnes/day = 107Ktpa. That's a really small plant, but your scenario is Macassa grade (very high grade).

A +/- 107,000 tpa plant with two stage crushing, ball mill, CIL you should be able to build for $40-50M.

But you still need the cash to discover and drill out this sucker - a few $10's of millions, depending on how big your deposit is...

That's getting way ahead of what has happened, which is next to nothing. Atacoma's KL claims are grass roots, early stage. Years of drilling, testing, and geo reporting would need to be completed in order to prove up mineral reserves. Takes millions of dollars. Odds of that happening are actually very long, and not in a good way.
