I am a diabetic and have been in the tea aisle hundreds of times never go to the diabetic aisle. Also more convenient. If I was shopping I would have to go to a completely different part of the store for 1 item.

I agree with that Dave but I suspect Walmart calls the shots on locations for displays. Too Bad. You are right and maybe management can run that by Wally World to see if they would consider a wider display area?.
