Interesting notion, but I’m not so sure you are correct. There is a mechanism for the FDA to give its approval to sell foreign made medical devices in the USA.

Even more proof exists in the fact that there are established Law Firms that specialize in getting approval of said devices. Just google it and a dozen law firm ads will pop up.

Are you suggesting that Eontec cannot pass FDA approval because of current political tensions or for other reasons?
