It is absurd BUT the company can not rely on some shady investment board to attract investors. That has to be done in a professional manner and we all make mistakes. I make them all the time. I’m not here to put anyone down but we saw the results.
This company should be buying this stock back with this thin volume and it will easily drive the stock higher towards fair value which is a large multiple of where it sits now. Then when all investors come back from summer break in late August or after Labor Day the company can easily re-issue their accumulated treasury stock at much higher levels and do it easily when volume returns. Hence, almost a free capital raise to help fund expansion. I wouldn’t consider that trading in your own stock but being a prudent company looking out for the health of the company and it shareholders. Not to mention the stock should be OTC upgraded by the time the company re-issues their inventory of shares they have in their treasury.
