I would recommend to the CEO to offer this "D" preferred shares to all holders of 25 million lots of common and give them say 30 45 days to acquire them........ :)

that would allow to have a piece of the preferred pie IMHO

Would not that cause a run on the O/S ?

and reduce it without an R/S ?


Even the most harsh critic might buy 25 million at .0001 ? IMHO
