Lodas, yes, the court signed agreement allows A&M to carry on the WaMu business uninterrupted Nunc Pro Tunc (backdated) to 10/01/2008 under the cover of legal-darkness without showing any type of records or explanation to what they managing (only thing it could be are MBS & CMBS) since JPM took the banks and this was the only large piece of WaMu business left.
