I haven't been a shareholder in a very very very long time. Just checked back in here to see where the price was and see it's still languishing.

Not really. The Float is the freely available shares trading.

The O/S are the total number of shares including those held by insiders and the company.

A company can dump shares mand so can insiders which would increase the float.(Yea all OTCM companies officers file proper paperwork on a timely basis.)

Since this is a non reporting Pinky, there is no guarantee that their published numbers are fact and they refuse to disclose the actual float!
