It’s not dilution if the OS has been reduced overall — which it has and VALUE and ASSETS are being purchased .
Currently the market Values GRDO at approx 2.5 million — Based on the current OS and share price .
The market value of a stock is based strictly on OS multiplied by the share price .
It’s pretty simple stuff .
