This is why Rosen stated that there was nothing for us. The lawyers objective is to drain as much money as they can from the trust. They know how many dollars is there and they will do whatever they can to get nearly all of it. This is American Greed at it's finest. We the creditors/escrow are at their mercy which should not be so. We have no rights and no voice.
