They completed the transfer of EMPM management to Saean's management team. They completed an audit and transferred the stock on Nevada SOS to Saean. Saean acquired 64% ownership of EMPM stock. Saean notified Korean share holders to report shares by Aug 5th for share swap to be executed later in August. I'm sure they are filing the paperwork for the name change to finra . Seams like they are moving along pretty quick as far as reverse mergers go.
