CCTI owns a portfolio of Process Technologies

These technologies include methods of heat rate efficiency improvements. Such improvements were labeled "best system of emission reduction” (BSER) under the ACE rule.

Are you suggesting that BSER technologies are not critical to maintaining a reliable power grid?

Why wouldn't developmental-stage BSER technologies, that are undergoing U.S. Government backed studies (including current University studies) be protected?

We know Via the Lawsuit, D.O.E was not impressed with the Study



Then why did the same D.O.E. invite Robin and Aiden to present at a this symposium?
