BSER is the best technology or other measure that has been adequately demonstrated to improve emissions performance for a specific industry or process.
clean coal or coal in general is still a fuel.

its known Washing coal Cleans up Coal, that is what Pristine M is,
Removing water Raises burn rate so you get a better BTU … but CCTI process also Coats there's for SAFER handling
now Pristine (the Original Patent) Well were waiting for TEST Plant II

on DOE not sure they would have been invited to the symposium if it weren't for Mr. Pauls connections , the symposium was in September 2017
