#202853 RE: Kmadd #202852

True, but that’s where the preferreds come in. We keep hearing that drum beat...

So, the preferreds are a different class of stock and can be added to our shelf at the value of 5-1 voting rights and sold at $50 or whatever price. (Just examples) By letting out whatever controlled amount Anavex wants, we could structure any kind of deal desired. Partner for Asian rights for a specified percentage of our company. If Consortium players want a stake for certain indications could make that happen. (We can ration out the shelf and/or preferreds for licensing agreements to whatever extent up to and including controlling interest.)

The deals would already be working themselves out, imo. Pending data from trials, we could amend this in a NY minute.

Deals will come, Ray...
And royalties will be licensed and shared and we will have BP on board which should be the way M goes around this day to day share price manipulation.

Of course, at that point, we are in the stratosphere compared with now.

Make sense?

Thanks, kmadd.
