Yes, and that is not considered 'floorless' & by the way several $SIML Value Investors own much more than that - so if she wants to convert - please go ahead - any dilution will most likely be bought back & retired (much like my other holdings - one in particular *TC*).
Oh by the way, the item in question (the one that is never supposedly real), is now in the intro. That's $7million in inventory sold in only (2) 8k's.
IMO, this large producer who wants to ramp up production - look for the possibility of a larger retro-fitted device to meet demand.
