Correct...newer stickies and intro information is not factual...just the usual pinky BS. SIML is only obligated to report convertible note activity to the SEC on a quarterly basis (10-Q s). There is no way for shareholders to track current dilution with the Transfer Agent gagged? Buyer beware!
