I'm guessing legal since the city approved a cannibis grow operation in that building according to the city.

There is no guessing involved; it was an illegal (unlicensed) grow since the BCC link I posted pulled up INACTIVE as well as ACTIVE licenses associated with a given address and NO permits for that location were found. In California you must have a physical location where your Cannabusiness will be located; local Sacramento permits mean nothing as far as State licensure.

IMPROVEMENTS: 7,500 sq. ft. of canopy to be allocated to 5 hydroponic flower rooms with the latest racking system and double stacked LED technology.

For anyone reading, LED technology has never panned out like people wanted it to as far as failing to deliver good yields of high quality DENSE flower. Then there is this only-exists-in-promo "racking system..." technology that I've only seen at Cannabis trade shows but never heard or seen anything good coming out of this, except for the people selling it maybe.

PERMITS: Owner holds a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), a Business Operating permit (BOP), a Temp State License and a Waterboard permit. Applying for State Provisional License.

Permits are not transferable so this doesn't mean anything.
