So based on that, what are your beliefs on what happens next? Is there enough evidence for the FDA to move to conditional approval given the safety and highly probable efficacy? It would seem so to me.

Why do you say the patients would die in three months? The "7 of 9" alive refers to Arm A where the patients are getting chemo and the Median OS is 8.5mo and 11.1mo.
