I used to use the factor of $2.6 for each $1B in price should it sell.

$1B of what? Revenue? Market cap? If MC, with this dilution and fully diluted shrs, that's about $40/shr (was $44/shr prior to the secondary) - a lotta people would be disappointed with either number - on this board, probably 90%.

but what i CAN do is tell you which direction you need to point a gun)

Well, that depends on what you're trying to accomplish......

and haven't balanced a checkbook in 40 years

So many people say the same and I'm just flabbergasted - you're older than me, so it's not like it's a diff in the way we were taught to keep track of finances. Could be force of habit from being broke for so many years, living from paycheck to paycheck, before online banking was available, had to watch every penny to make sure I didn't bounce checks. And having my ID stolen and used, which included breaking into my TDA IRA account, I will never stop balancing my checkbook, just to make sure somebody's not stealing money from me - plus, back when I had major brain fog from Lyme and treatments, I regularly buggered up the check register, and while not being totally broke, only had ~$1k in excess for 4-5 yrs - after COBRA ran out I had to buy catastrophic "you're uninsurable" from the state (Lyme disease was a disqualifying pre-existing condition), monthly premium was 10% of my LTD benefit, and drug coverage wasn't included .

But I only do a balance check maybe twice a year at most - did one today - online bank site showed in transactions that my SSDI check wasn't deposited, but noticed that the checking account balance indicated that it had been received, got on the horn with a rep to confirm it was deposited last week, so while I was double checking things the rebalance error popped up, only off by $3.71. Didn't get an email alert from my FCU telling me the deposit was made either - really strange - hope it was a one-time fluke. Comcast is blocking IR email from AMRN for a reason I can't figure out (IP space is not on anti-spammer blocklists), so they'd better not have started blocking email from my FCU too.
