Every share issued since 11/1/2016 is very clearly tabulated in the latest Q report.

The company has NEVER issued a single share to any consultant for services rendered.

Easy to see.

If there WERE any shares issued, they would NOT be free-trading. That's just NOT how it works. They would be Rule 144 exempt, but would have a restricted legend until after 360 days, (for non-SEC reporting issuers) at which time an attorney opinion letter must also be presented in order to remove the legend to allow free trading.
