I know that, but I am trying to help my little buddy with accounting. It appears he is confused with the simple mechanics of financial statement analysis.

Now we off accounting and on to dilution. Which the company can always issue free trading shares for services rendered (e.g. consulting) which are not governed by a convertible note.

I wonder if someone started from 1 and counted to the current o/s, how long it would take.
