That may not be correct. I called the Alberta regulator (sedar) Don Rogers. He said since acrl had not generated any real income and since they were considered non complex. The ruling may only take 3 to 5 weeks. They may even take GAAP instead IFRS. HOWEVER HE SAID THEY JUST GOT THE FILING2S and because it may breach confidentiality he could tell me nothing definite. He did say that acrl's auditor is shown on their websight. I found this to be somewhat positive
