As I said in my post, I was speculating as opposed to your apparent complete certainty of all things FDA. Perhaps you could provide a resume of your hands on experience in these matters.

With 5 million pages, what the hell data relative to the trial do you think is missing. Kindly provide a complete list of all the successful shareholder lawsuits filed as a result of a company providing requested data from the FDA that was material an not disclosed.
