I look at the return policy as a brilliant move. Trulieves most loyal market will be first time, (or turn back. the clock), aging average consumer. And the prices are high. The return process gives them confidence to try the products, and will expand repeat customers in the most loyal category - they are really the prime customer group. By the way, you should lock up the silver when your buddies drop by!
