Call it however you want but these numbers don’t reflect that activity and I can tell you their return bins are loaded with stuff. I hope they can adjust that policy and tighten it up a bit. With these high margins I guess best thing is keep the customer happy as much as possible to retain the business. I can see how this is a double edge sword if taken away completely. Part of the business and it’s not right of course for those who abuse it.
