How about posting how you calculated the $3 PPS - that seems to be based more on pinkyland wishful thinking than reality based.

There hasn't been any filings since 2015 - so the O/S is unknown - I have seen the O/S as 1.6 Billion shares but no one knows if that was accurate.

The PPS is $0.00 and investors will receive $0.00 if there is a settlement.

So how did you arrive at $3?
