Thanks. Was the MRKR abstract part of the

1) AACR Annual Meeting Press Program
2) Regular Abstracts
or
3) Late Breaking and Clinical Trial Abstracts.

I would think they would fall under 3) correct?

“For abstracts not included in press conferences but promoted via news release, the embargo lifts at the beginning of the scientific session where the abstract is presented.”

“For data news releases issued before the meeting, you may ONLY include information that is available in the online abstract. Additional or updated data that are not in the abstract but will be presented at the meeting are embargoed until the beginning of the session where the study is featured.”

“Data press releases for late-breaking and clinical trial abstracts featuring any information included in the online abstract may be issued at 3 p.m. ET, Friday, March 29.”

So maybe one needs a lawyer to interpret all the specifics but to me this means MRKR could release a PR with information in the abstract anytime after 3 pm March 29? The official abstract his here and clearly provides the data results.
