There is no telling what the plan here is with that Solei Health domain. The did mention that this domain was registered to their name in one of their SEC filings.

It is quite possible that they plan to use that as the domain to be public facing to their customers/clients to conduct the B2B/IR/PR side of the house while CareClix remains as is to serve the B2C side. And yes, CareClix is clearly a "rebrand-able" piece of software, I've provided proof of that in the past.

I'm a software engineer and work on large scale solutions. This whole rebranding aspect of OOTB solutions is quite common; matter of fact, it is quite preferred! Take a look at Okta, the SSO prince trading on the NASDAQ.

CareClix's tech stack (as of 2018):
- Data-tier: MySQL
- Server-tier: PHP
- Client-tier: AngularJS, JavaScript, Json, Bootstrap, jQuery, NodeJS, WebRTC
- Mobile Platforms: iOS, Android

The above is a classic tech stack that is quickly being deemed inadequate by the cutting-edge software industry and CareClix is well aware! According to a previous job posting (that has since been filled), they were seeking a Mobile Applications Developer with experience with/in Swift/Java/Kotlin, RESTful APIs, React.js/Vue.js, Cloud Messaging APIs/Push Notifications, PostgreSQL, as well as the HOT skills like Microservices/Docker/Kubernetes. Let's cheer on Simon Kim! Hopefully he can deliver a beast of a product in this age of groundbreaking software development!

One key thing to remember here is that software development is EXPENSIVE and such as true for DevOPs as well. So regardless of the related market players & hype that may come from an uplist and/or associated PR, it will with out a doubt come down to the technology and how well users (providers/subscribers) adopt the solution they've provided. IMHO, Telehealth/Telemedicine is not just a Healthcare business but it is a Technology business as well. I think I'd honestly place more emphasis on the Technology side and their ability to create that "network effect" when it comes down to it. Ultimately, it will come down to how well they can continue to deliver for their customers, and their technology is the delivery vehicle to their secret sauce.

It should also be noted that CareClix may do a large amount of continual outsourcing for it's software development. The CareClix application itself was (maybe still is) developed by a third-party.
