It appears that CV Sciences is not going to pursue the non- final notice from USPTO. The reason is that a Canadian company has been using a similar trademark since 2005. The part of the trademark that is not protected and generic is ‘Hemp’ The word ‘Plus’ is protected and the word ‘oil’ is irrelevant because of the word plus already registered by the Canucks. The good news is that the Plus cbdoil trademark Registered by CVSI and is being published for opposition should be non challenged and given. Federal registered ® trademark.. Wolf

Hello Player.

The dude writes a good article but relies on the draw backs of the food and beverage part of the equation being the reason for slow growth. I believe there will be a sustained growth in the long run without the F&B market entering before FDA regulations take hold. He contradicts himself in his conclusion where he claims there will be a huge growth. I guess it all boils down to what he considers the ‘long term’. Imo Wolf

CBD revenue is soaring but there remains doubt that it will transition to sustained long-term growth.

Conclusion

Both consumers and CBD suppliers are set to become winners in the huge growth ahead for CBD that could occur in high double-digits or even triple-digits.
