The dude writes a good article but relies on the draw backs of the food and beverage part of the equation being the reason for slow growth. I believe there will be a sustained growth in the long run without the F&B market entering before FDA regulations take hold. He contradicts himself in his conclusion where he claims there will be a huge growth. I guess it all boils down to what he considers the ‘long term’. Imo Wolf
