the stock doesn't trade on any exchange in Canada. the way it was explained to my by the OSC Atacama is a reporting issuer in Alberta because Mr. Grant lives there and he is the president making it a reporting issuer in Alberta so it is subject to Canadian securities oversight. when they stopped reporting their audited financials to Alberta is when they got in trouble ending up with the cease trade order.

Once Canada exchanges opens for ACRL, most of KL stock holders will also invest in ACRL.

Even if that happens, few KL shareholders will have any interest in this wannabe exploration/mining company
