There is a possibility that BIEL is been influenced from the outside, IMO. Also, IMO, there is no legitimate reason that BIEL could possibly give to justify why it won't promoting it's product(s). As I have stated in the past, funding for ads is not an insurmountable obstacle, in BIEL's case, IMO. As it is proffered in Luke 8:17 - "For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nor is anything secret that will not become known and come to light.". IMO, if the reason why BIEL is absolutely resolved not to promote/advertise its product is identified, then we will have the source of many of BIEL's problems (i.e., financial and otherwise), IMO!!

Whelan has never made a deal being CEO of Bioelectronics...means his business is IBEX...the rest is window dressing and playing pretend ...could be the intention was different in the beginning... but in the end...being involved with CVS, Bayer, B.BRAUN...you work out a deal...that's business
