I’ll take you at face value. There are many SEC FILINGS from 2 years ago. I’m not not going to spend time reading each paragraph from each filing.

When I have claimed factual information from an SEC filing, I try to state which filing and what page of the filing the info is located on.

Which filing SPECIFICALLY states what you claim?
