Speaking as one who deals with CNS disease daily..

A good night's sleep is good enough.

The outlook for AD is less clear from my perspective. For those that are strong responders, 2-73 is a miracle drug. It remains to be seen how many strong responders there will be out of a larger population. We just don't know at this point. We have suspicions, hopes, prayers, but no solid data.
