Bloated staffs indeed. To this day I still do not know the point of Rob Merci, chief of sales. As annual revealed, he spent 1 year+ without achieving any sales. $0 ClassiDoc sales.

In any company I know of he would been fired. But not here. He got an award for such a terrific performance. Only at LDSR does this make sense.
