I appreciate the opinions of both of you but Zani you're absolutely right. I especially like your statement about quantity of employees don't match the revenue.

He won't listen but I know he knows how bad the situation is. I don't care how much I have invested, I won't try and protect an investment that hasn't yielded any of my expectations and is run by an all around shit person.

Keep sticking around Z, I like the feedback. We need some damn reality up in here. Good or bad.
