As I said from the beginning of the new adventures with the old scam shell, nothing legitimate will touch a Bill Schaefer con game.

I believe that the new company will be bigger than most can imagine.

There are a handful of shareholders that own a boatload, but don't understand what is going on behind the scenes. Good! They expected a major jump in prices as soon as a target company was announced. It did jump, but some dumped into the purchase.

I also believe that the more large traders who dump now, will make it possible for the stock to really move up in price. A few even 20 mil share holders can really screw up any upward momentum.

Now, we are waiting for the Reg A, followed by a financing announcement, followed by a purchase agreement, followed by a change in company name and cik, followed by an announcement concerning reduction of the number of shares outstanding.

I would hope that we get an announcement that Sharp has purchased in the neighborhood of 200 mil shares on the open market somewhere between the change in company name and a reduction of outstanding shares. Then again, if he bought now, he would have til the 10th of Aug to report and then that would bring confidence to the share price before he got financing. He would likely get more bang for his buck if he bought before financing.

Those events will likely bring the stock to 15 cents without the Sharp purchase. With the purchase, we will likely see 40 cents.
