The attorney for the recent dockets filed July 18 2019., is Silverman Acampora. I would say he would have advised his client or clients to settle now. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. We may see many more negotiations successfully executed by Mercuria. Which will greatly benefit distribution shareholders. IMO
